The location offers great convenience to area attractions and restaurants, making it ideal for our family. The pool was well-maintained, enhancing our stay. However, the check-in process was confusing due to a lack of staff presence, and the room had some issues with door mechanisms. Breakfast options were limited, and we found ourselves frustrated with the outer door locking behind us unexpectedly.

Craving some good eats? The Sandbar Draft House & Grille is a must-try, just a hop away! Plus, the comfortable bed made me feel right at home after exploring nearby attractions like Presque Isle State Park.
The check-in process was a hot mess! I felt like I was in a comedy of errors with the reservation mix-up and a surprise fee on top. Not cool, right?

Great location but room for improvement
I enjoyed the convenient location that made it easy to access nearby restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made my stay pleasant. However, the door mechanisms were quite tricky to operate, and that was frustrating, especially when carrying items. Overall, I'd recommend it for its location, but I think they need to work on room access ease.

In my kids' opinion, it would be great if there were more space for clothes. a closet or hooks would help keep the room tidier.

I had a nice stay at Lake Erie Lodge. The remodeled rooms looked great. Hardwood floors gave a clean feel. The oversized shower head in the bathroom felt like a luxury. I noticed the property is very close to the beach, which was perfect for morning strolls. The staff was polite and helpful during my visit. However, I did face issues with the wi-fi. it wasn’t working at all throughout my stay, which was a big inconvenience. Also, the breakfast options seemed a bit limited. Still, the location and room quality made it a cozy escape.

Unexpected Challenges During My Stay
Arrived expecting a quiet retreat, but found myself waiting for check-in. The room had a quirky layout but lacked basic cleanliness. Despite the troubles, a lovely park nearby provided a nice escape. I recommend checking in early to avoid delays.

The recently remodeled rooms sport clean, stylish designs that make for a cozy environment, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. Proximity to the beach offers quick access to local attractions, enhancing the overall experience.
We faced a few pesky issues during our stay. Our room felt poorly stocked, with only a couple of towels for four people, and the bathroom lacked toilet paper, which seemed like a basic oversight. Water pressure in the shower left something to be desired, making it a tad frustrating. Additionally, the mattress felt quite firm, not the best if you're looking for a plush sleeping experience. Lastly, despite some charm, the cleanliness could definitely use more attention, as we noticed dust in corners and uninviting marks on furniture.
